“MobileMonet” is available  for iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC and Android. So there´s no excuse not to give it a go There is also a free trial version, but it does not allow you to save your edited images in high quality. Upon editing your pictures using MobileMonet they become art. What the app basically does is to generate a black and white sketch from the uploaded picture.
